Call for Papers

Papers Submission Announcement

Full paper submission is now open.

Researchers, academics and professionals are invited to submit their original work as a part of ICUID 2025.

Number of pages in a paper is 8-16 pages including figures, tables and references.

Review Process

All submissions will be reviewed by at least two reviewers to ensure high quality and relevance.

Based on the review process, Authors will receive one of the following decisions:

1. Acceptance

2. Acceptance with minor revision

3. Acceptance with major revision

4. Rejection

Only papers with Acceptance or Acceptance with Revision will be further processed.

Publication and Registration Requirement

To be considered for publication, at least one Author of the accepted paper(s) must register for ICUID2025 and present the paper during the event.

Publication:

1. Springer Book Series: Lecture Notes in Intelligent Transpiration and Infrastructure (Scopus-indexed), or

2. Journal of Sustainable Construction (National Accredited Journal)

Please note that the Scopus-indexed publication would be charged an additional 100 USD as the publication fee.
